You do not need to have experienced domestic abuse to take part. We welcome views from everyone, including friends, family members and anyone with an interest in helping shape local support services.

Awareness of local domestic abuse services
Barriers that can stop people seeking help
How support could be improved in Dudley
If you have personal experience of domestic abuse, you can also choose to share your experiences of accessing support. All questions are optional.

No. The survey is anonymous, and you do not need to provide your name or contact details. Please only complete it when it is safe and private for you to do so.
