Have your say: Proposed Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs)

We’re asking for your views on three proposed Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) that aim to reduce antisocial behaviour and keep our communities safe.
PSPOs help councils and the police deal with specific problems that have a negative impact on public spaces.
The proposed PSPOs cover:
1. Dudley town centre and Castlegate
2. Stourbridge town centre and Wollaston
3. Borough-wide antisocial vehicle use

Consultation opens on the 22 October 2025 and closes on the 18 November 2025.
All responses will be considered before any final decision is made.

I do not agree to this it could easily be used to silence the general public who disagree the local council, there many areas where parking on the pavement allows traffic to flow and doesn't obstruct the footpath.
