We’re asking for your views on three proposed Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) that aim to reduce antisocial behaviour and keep our communities safe.

PSPOs help councils and the police deal with specific problems that have a negative impact on public spaces.

The proposed PSPOs cover:

1.    Dudley town centre and Castlegate
2.    Stourbridge town centre and Wollaston
3.    Borough-wide antisocial vehicle use

Each draft order, area map, and feedback form can be viewed below:

Dudley & Castlegate

Stourbridge & Wollaston

Borough-wide

Consultation opens on the 22 October 2025 and closes on the 18 November 2025.

All responses will be considered before any final decision is made.

Accessibility note:

If you need the consultation in another format, please contact mark.wilson@dudley.gov.uk or call 01384 816883.

I do not agree to this it could easily be used to silence the general public who disagree the local council, there many areas where parking on the pavement allows traffic to flow and doesn't obstruct the footpath.

Put the motion to a local vote.
